Health and Safety Policy

We at NATIONAL SALVAGE LTD. are committed to proactive health and safety management system aimed at protecting our staff, our property, our clients, the general public and the environment from injury, loss or damage.

Workers at every level are responsible and accountable for the company’s health and safety performance.  Active participation by everyone, everyday, is necessary for the safety excellence this company expects.

Management will set an example and provide leadership in the health and safety program.  Management will set work procedures and provide safety equipment and training.  Supervisors and workers are responsible for the following all practices and procedures, with an awareness of health and safety, and cooperating in achieving improved health and safety conditions at work.

Workers at every level are to be familiar with the requirements of  the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety legislation as it relates to their work process.  Contractors, suppliers and visitors to NATIONAL SALVAGE LTD. are required to adhere to this policy and legislated safety requirements.

Our goal is to be a leader in loss control management in our field and provide a healthy injury free work place for all workers.  By working together, in all parts of this program, we will achieve this goal.
